International Symposium ‘Foresight in a Rapidly Changing World’

The HSE University Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge hosts the International Symposium ‘Foresight in a Rapidly Changing World’ as part of the April International Academic Conference named after Evgeny Yasin.

The symposium focuses on discussing advanced approaches to futures studies, including best practices in national and international science, technology, and innovation foresight and the features of foresight studies in the context of rapid changes in society, economy, politics, culture, and values. Top global experts in this field from different countries present the results of their foresight studies, share modern approaches for organising foresight projects in the modern reality, and discuss their experience in the application of contemporary methods of futures studies.

The symposium is organised in the framework of the Strategic Project ‘National Centre of Science, Technology, and Socio-Economic Foresight’ and the UNESCO Chair on Future Studies.
